Final Fall 2011 Dinner Party Cooking Class at Hackett House Tuesday, December 6, 2011

It’s not to late!!! Hackettt House hosts their final Dinner Party Cooking Class for the Fall 2011 Session! We have had a great response to all our cooking classes and are excited about our final feature Chef: Michael Murray!

This is the season for entertaining friends and family and what better way than a “small plates” menu? Chef Murray was the original Chef at Remington’s in Scottsdale and has produced more than 400 cooking videos used by thousands of culinary students worldwide!

Chef Murray will be joined by JoAnn Groot who has her own catering company and writes a food blog…joannskitchen.com! Together they will present simple entertaining tips featuring BBQ Shrimp Skewers, Shrimp sauteed in white wine with garlic and lemon, Chicken wraps, Korean Short Ribs with various dips, Grilled vegetables and MORE! This will be a hands-on class featuring local and in-season ingredients and using several techniques. Choices will be paired with special Pinot wines.

The class is $50 per person and includes wine pairings. Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for gift shop browsing and Happy Hour…class begins at 6:30 p.m. Bring a friend and prepare for

the holiday season together!.
